What is your delivery policy?
We aim to deliver to you as soon as possible. All items that are currently in stock will be dispatched the next working day for a two working day
delivery to you. If the item is out of stock we will attempt to have it sent out from the manufacturer directly to you in which case the delivery
will be the same. For a specific delivery time for any product please ring us and quote the product model number.
What is your returns policy?
You are able to return all lights bought from us within 14 days so long as the product has not been used or fitted. You can use the funds as credit
for an exchange or have them refunded to you. However, return postage is your responsibility and can not be claimed back.
How long have you been trading for?
We have been trading in our shop location for almost 50 years and online for almost a decade. Our staff have a wealth of experience derived from
these years of operation and are happy to answer any questions you may have either by email or by phone.
How can I get in contact with you?

In order to simplify your checkout experience we have chosen to utilise payment gateways rather than handle payment on our site. This means that
if you currently have a Google Checkout or PayPal account you can pay simply and efficiently. If you do not have an account, creating one will
allow you to pay on thousands of other websites with ease in the future. Both Google Checkout and PayPal support all major credit cards. However, if
you would prefer us to handle your payment directly we are more than happy to process your payment over the phone.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes! If you do not feel safe ordering through our secure website for any means, please do not hesitate to ring us via the number listed above and we
will be happy to take your order over the phone.
What is Google Checkout?
Google Checkout is another payment method which is provided by the same company which operate the well known search engine. You can pay on many
websites using this service, including ours. You can make payments
with any major credit or debit card, as well as direct debit.
What is PayPal?
Similar to Google Checkout, PayPal is a payment gateway. It is provided as an alternative payment gateway in order to ease your shopping
experience. Just as with Google Checkout you are able to pay with
any major credit or debit card, as well as direct debit.
