What is your delivery policy?
We aim to deliver to you as soon as possible. All items that are currently in stock will be dispatched the next working day for a two working day delivery to you. If the item is out of stock we will attempt to have it sent out from the manufacturer directly to you in which case the delivery will be the same. For a specific delivery time for any product please ring us and quote the product model number.

What is your returns policy?
You are able to return all lights bought from us within 14 days so long as the product has not been used or fitted. You can use the funds as credit for an exchange or have them refunded to you. However, postage to us is your responsibility and can not be claimed back.

How long have you been trading for?
We have been trading in our shop location for almost 50 years and online for five. Our staff have a wealth of experience derived from these years of operation and are happy to answer any questions you may have either by email or by phone.

How can I get in contact with you?
There are many contact methods available to you via the Contact Us page which you may access in the navigation bar above.

Which payments do you accept?
We currently accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo and Visa Debit. In addition we have added the ability to use Google Checkout if you feel safer to do so.

Can I order over the phone?
Yes! If you do not feel safe ordering through our secure website for any means, please do not hesitate to ring us via the number listed on the Contact Us page and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

What is Google Checkout?
Google Checkout is another payment method which is provided by the same company which operate the well known search engine. You can pay on many websites using this service, including ours.
